Free Member Plan
The Member plan for Buyers is free. There are no charges for using the service under this plan.
Free Service Provider Plan
The Free plan for Service Providers is free and subject to usage limits. There are no charges for using the service under this plan.
Paid Plan
Paid plans are billed once per month.
Changing Plans
You may change plans at any time, unless your account would exceed a less expensive plan's limitations. If you have already been billed for the current month, you will not be charged or receive the difference. If you have not already been charged for the month, you will be charged the new plan amount.
To Close Your Account
You can close your account at any time by logging into NotAProblem, clicking the My Account tab, then clicking the Finances sub tab, the clicking the "Close plan" link.
